CHOIR
We are blessed here at Grace Bible Church to have a wonderful group who love the Lord and blend their hearts and voices in song to Praise Him and for the lifting of the believers. The Grace Choir includes those of all ages, middle school through retired persons. We sing for Sunday morning worship services an average of once a month. We also usually prepare some special at Christmas to present on a Sunday morning. We generally have a special presentation in spring to celebrate the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The Grace Choir rehearses Wednesday evenings 7:20-8:30 p.m.. New members are welcome!
PRAISE BAND
The Grace Band is an assembled group of musicians and singers who love the Lord and use their gifts and talents to lead the congregation worship. They usually lead three Sundays a month and occasionally do a special song for the congregation. The group, consisting of keyboard, guitars, bass, drums and singers rehearses once a week.
The Praise Band rehearses Thursday evenings from 6-8.
RESOUNDING SOUNDS HANDBELL CHOIR
The Resounding Sounds is a dedicated group of handbell and chime ringers from Grace Bible Church in Portage, Wisconsin.
The choir has been performing, as a group, for several years. They have had concerts for churches, weddings, retirement centers and special community events. They have also produced 3 CD's "For God and Country", "Come to Christmas" and "Songs of Tribute to God".
The group is entering their 9th year and 1st year at Grace Bible Church as part of its musical ministry.
Director, Darlene Forney, also works with the younger children (3-8) "The New Hope Ringers" who play special colored bells for occasional church services.
